Summary Courts
Summary Court (Criminal)
The Summary Court (Criminal), which includes Traffic Court, is scheduled for Monday-Thursday
between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. However, in emergencies the Court will sit on Fridays
as well.
Summary Court (Civil)
Summary Court (Civil) is scheduled for each Friday of the month, except on public
holidays.

Coroner’s Court

Juvenile/Youth Court
These Courts are scheduled for hearing each Friday, except public holidays. However,
special sittings are arranged for emergency cases during the week.
Maintenance Court

holidays.
